Product Description

The "Assateague" Copper Farmhouse Sink by SoLuna has a beautiful equestrian apron front design in a two tone finish. It is entirely handcrafted by our artisans from heavy-gauge copper to assure unsurpassed quality and durability. Copper is naturally antibacterial, and is a good environmentally-friendly choice. This equestrian themed Farmhouse Sink is part of our unique collection of two-tone copper farmhouse sinks by SoLuna. Each of the sinks in this series includes a two-tone apron front with various custom designs and 2 sizes to chose from.

This sink fits standard cabinet of the same width as the width of the sink (33" cabinet for a 33" sink, etc.). Check with your cabinet maker to make sure your cabinet is built to standard proportions.

SoLuna’s stunning farmhouse sinks can be installed in a variety of ways including a standard undermount installation or drop-in/top mounted. Like all our SoLuna copper farmhouse sinks, the Assateague is hand-hammered in heavy 14-gauge, lead-free copper and is the highest quality you can find of copper sinks online or anywhere — you don't need to worry about a metallic drumming sound as water flows into your sink. Our sinks are TIG copper welded.

Maintenance Tips SoLuna Finishes:

Wiping your SoLuna copper product down with a soft rag and spot checking with soap and water is generally all the cleaning your SoLuna copper product will ever need. We recommend NOT using anything abrasive for bathing or cleaning, including products like bleach, bristle brushes, and harsh soaps.

To keep your copper sink or bathtub in premium condition, we recommend routinely waxing your sink or tub with Renaissance Wax or Howard Wax-It-All.

Please note: Some Copper Products offer the option for the application of a lacquer seal to protect the original patina. Wax is not necessary to maintain the finish of lacquered copper products. However, waxing does provide an extra layer of protection from dirt and grease for both lacquered and unlacquered copper products.

Horse lover’s delight
I am remodeling my kitchen and wanted a copper sink. Being a lifelong horse lover, I saw this sink and was sold.
When it arrived I was not disappointed! Well packed in a wooden crate ( think Museum relic) it came in great condition and is absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is superb and I’m going to love it once installed.

Super High Quality & Craftsmanship
This sink is the best I've ever seen. First of all, it arrives in a plywood box that's extremely well insulated. They obviously didn't want to take any chances on the sink getting even slightly dented or marred. After unpacking the first thing I noticed is the hand hammered surface. Wow. Then the front panel of the sink with the horses. It feels like old world art, something from 16th century Europe. Just beautiful. The copper itself is very heavy gauge- no way this is going to bend or warp unless you use a  sledge hammer on it. The sink mounted easily, was plumbed without issue and performs in every way you would want and expect a sink to perform. To be sure, this is not an inexpensive sink. But if you are shopping for something special, a visual wow factor for your kitchen, then this is it.

Perfect and incredibly beautiful!
Company was great to deal with and we got exactly what we wanted as advertised.  The sink is absolutely gorgeous!
