SoLuna Copper Kitchen Sink | Single Well
The thickness of your copper sink does matter! Our 14 gauge copper sinks are much thicker and heavier than 16 gauge sinks, making ours much more resistant to denting from pots and pans. The thinner 16 gauge copper farmhouse sinks can be noisy, sounding "tinny" or "hollow", and they will not stand up long-term.
SoLuna Copper Kitchen Sink | Double Well | 50-50
Our Double Well Copper Kitchen Sink - 50/50 by SoLuna is hand made using lead-free copper by our artisan coppersmiths. Each sink is hand-hammered in a process exclusive to only SoLuna sinks, which makes them extra durable and dent-resistant. We use the thickest copper available on the market for our sinks - the thicker copper sheet prevents the sink from making a 'tinny' sound when the water is running from your faucet.

Not All Copper Kitchen Sinks Are Alike
All of our copper kitchen sinks are crafted with the heaviest hand-hammered 14-gauge copper. Most kitchen copper sinks made by other manufacturers are usually thinner and lighter. The heaviness and thickness of our sinks will ensure decades of use. All of our undermount and drop-in kitchen sinks are crafted with TIG-welded seams (copper rod and not solder) and we use only lead-free 99% pure copper. All of our Soluna copper sinks are hammered by hand and built to last a lifetime!
